<description>&#60;p&#62;Okay, I'm here to report my holiday hotties &#34;thorns and roses&#34; for the week!!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Thorns:&#60;br /&#62;
My eating was not great today. i had half a bagel for breakfast (but I did toss the second half) and we ordered brick over pizza for dinner.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I've also indulged in quite a few treats over the week, had cocktails last night and wine tonight.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Roses:&#60;br /&#62;
We went out to dinner last night and I ordered a super healthy kale salad to balance out my cocktail. I ran 6 miles today as I am training for a 10 mile race in a few weeks. And, I made it to Crossfit twice this week even though I was exhausted after work!&#60;/p&#62;

I know I had the bad habit in the past of saying, &#34;well I had a cookie, I might as well have an unhealthy lunch, and I might as well not work out tonight, and oh there's some cake!&#34; slippery slope! Just eat the cookie and move on! ;)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Now can we talk about how I planned out all my healthy food and I'm sitting here hungry at work.  My boss brought in glazed donuts, donut holes, AND cinnamon buns this morning and sat them on the table right next to me! CHOOSING to be healthy. Choosing choosing choosing ..... so hard!

And just work out for ten minutes tonight at home (like walking, jumping jacks, squats, easy basic stuff). That's what I told myself, just 10 minutes a day! If I do more, great! If not, that's okay too. Baby steps :)&#60;br /&#62;

&#60;p&#62;Last night I managed to cook up a big batch of quinoa (while washing bottles and pump parts) AND worked out in the living room for 25 minutes after LO went to sleep! And it didn't kill me! ;)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;This morning I have packed super healthy food for the day and I did 10 minutes of exercise in the am (walking, and day 1 of a 200 squat challenge I found on pinterest).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Whoop whoop :)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I decided that life is all about CHOICE. So I'm going to choose to be healthy, fit, and positive.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Hehe guys I've done the T25! Not all of them, as I'm trying to hitch a ride with a friend who is doing the 'real' program (and I do them with her when I can). They are hard, but videos are always kind of weird to me.. I used to do TaeBo and Billy Blanks just has that weird style... Sean T is kind of the same way. &#34;I'M GONNA MAKE YOU SWEAT, BECAUSE I'm SEAN T. T! 25&#34;. You know. Anyway once I get over that, they are good - he does a lot of complex movements and I couldn't finish the 'total body' DVD the first few times I did it. Hard but not 'I want to die' hard. And I was sore the next day!

He's one of those people who can eat whatever he wants and never gain an ounce. It makes it so hard for me! I live in TN so the weather here is hot some days, cold others... but its always dark when I get off work. Boo :( I'm gonna have to be a weekend warrior as far as doing stuff outside with my LO.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm working on it! I used to do fitness competitions and completely lived by these 12 super-foods/clean eating principles from Men's Health/Women's Health mags and Rodale publishing.&#60;br /&#62;
Annnnnd then I met my husband. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I've been grain free/eating clean again for 9 days now and lost 7 lbs right off the bat. I have just decided i don't have a choice. My postbaby weight isn't a healthy one, so this is my life right now. Somebody brought homemade pumpkin bread with cream cheese icing to a staff meeting today, and I told myself that at the end of the two hour meeting, if I REALLY still felt like I needed to have it, I could... and I didn't. Tiny victories add up! &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Like you, my gym availability time is a little dicey because my husband works crazy hours. But starting this weekend, even if I have to stick the baby in the stroller and walk 6 miles, that's what's happening.

Usually she gets up at 5am and I feed her, put her back down and hope she'll go back to sleep for DH, leave the house between 5:30 and 6 depending what time she gets up, at the gym between 6 and 6:30, work out until 7, shower, at my desk by 7:30 (i'm quick) - then I pump and start my day.
