They expect this? I mean, it isn't asking much out of the ordinary.<br /> Every week, I might tweak things. Our house is clean when she comes, so ours doesn't do dishes or toys or laundry either. But sometimes, I'll ask her to wash LOs sheets or ask her to unload the dishwasher. We have 2000 sq feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.....it doesn't take long. I like that every other week, they focus on an area. So the house gets deep cleaned via a rotation system. She gave us a price for coming every other Friday. I have never had one before, so this is new territory for me. What do you ask your cleaning lady? </p> <p>I initially think we will hire her for 4-5 hours per week to clean the bathroom, kitchen, floors and to do the dusting. We aren't that messy/dirty, so she's not going to be picking up toys or scrubbing pots and pans. I'm not going to have her do any laundry either. However, we have about 1500 sq feet of wood floors, is it unreasonable for her to mop them every week? Maybe every 2 weeks or once per month? We have lived here a year and so far only regularly vacuum and occasionally spot swiffer problem areas. </p>
