We have a finished basement but no furniture yet. Every now and then we'll add in bedrooms for $50 more. So they do all bathrooms, common areas, and the kitchen. In the kitchen they clean everything but inside the oven and fridge, which they will also do for extra as well. They do not wash walls or dust ceilings (again, you can pay extra for those).</p> <p>They do everything else... and I mean everything!!! I love a spotless microwave!!!</p> <p>ETA: our place is just under 2000 sq feet. I’m a little OCD about clean floors so I sweep and vacuum a couple times a week, so it’s not like the living room, dining room and bedrooms get that dirty.
