One of the reasons I am considering buying one is because my cycles are irregular so I have no idea when I"m ovulating or if I'm ovulating at all! I came off of Mirena in Feb and had horrible cycles. Last month I actually had my first 28 days cycle since Feb but I'm not sure this one will be that way. I didn't even get a positive digital OPK this cycle.<br /> We will prob go the SE route first. Then there was mention of taking something to 'jump start' ovualtion. I haven't done a ton of research on Clomid but I will be. I'm ready for answers. I've never had this kind of problem before and we didn't anticipate having an issues so it's a bit hard to swallow. I have my follow up from 6 months after having my Mirena removed in a month and we will be looking at the same course of action. So for the first cycle, it makes you start testing on CD6 until you O (I also don't O til day 20 so will be using 20 sticks the first time through - you have to use them 10 at a time, I guess?). We have a super tight budget, so I'm trying to figure out aside from the machine price, how much are the sticks going to run each cycle? I have long kinda crazy ones, so how many would I go through? Some places I'm seeing 10/cycle, other places I see 20/cycle :/ do you do one each day til you O?</p> <p>On CL near me, someone has an older clearplan one (same thing dif name, uses same sticks) for $50, eBay has them all over the place, and amazon has a pkg where if you do subscribe &amp; save (so stupid, but for $10 off I'd do it &amp; cancel after I got mine) you get the monitor, 30 sticks, and 3 dig pregnancy tests for $180. Thoughts on my best option? I'm already using cheapo strips &amp; doing acupuncture weekly, and after 15 months off bc, I feel like I've spent way too much on stuff to pee on! Haha. </p>
