They have good customer service in my experience.</p> <p>We have 2 Fllos, one is pink (flamingo) from 2015 and the other is an aqua (capri) from 2017. They both feel the same to me. We just ordered a Fllo in Noire and it feels almost like...microfiber-y? Which I’m not a huge fan of. But I don’t want to return and reorder if they are all that way :silly: Unfortunately we don’t have any local stores that carry Cleks so I can’t go look in person! </p> <p>Thinking specifically about the Thunder or Slate.
