As in, I would have several a week. I would get them for every reason and no reason at all, even though I took lecithen supplements. I think what finally helped was reducing my supply a bit (I had a major oversupply at that point). </p> <p>Now, I never get them and i wear underwire bras. Sleep on my stomach, etc. </p> <p>Also, make sure to clean the white dried milk gunk (if you get it) off your nipples in the shower. Really scrape it off.
