We would massage with a warm washcloth and then I'd put a couple of drops of breastmilk in his eye. Her eyes are super goopy in the mornings, and I'm constantly wiping all of the eye gunk off of her face. I use a warm wet washcloth every morning, and then throughout the day as needed. Doctor said that putting a warm, wet wash cloth on the eye can help unclog the duct. He also said to massage the ducts... that can help unclog too. I use breast milk to clean them, the gunk just wipes away really easy. I'm going to start putting bm on a wash cloth &amp; using it to massage the insides of her eyes.
