I did not experience any major side effects. Unfortunately, both did not work. My follicles never grew big enough to trigger at the correct time. No horrible side effects. I was a little more emotional than normal but I had the most amazing four nights of sleep. I took it before bed and it made me sleep like a rock. I had such hot flashes and mood swings and felt so off and it eventually affected my lining. I did two rounds of femera, the first was 5mg my lining was much better but I developed 4 follicles, we did timed intercourse and got a BFN (probably a good thing). I had very few side effects on femera. My final cycle with femera my dose was reduced to 2.5mg I only produced 1 follicle and my lining was great and triple stripe that time.
