MF is fast absorbing but doesn't hold as much. Hemp is slower to absorb but hold way more. My favorite AIO is Ragababe. Cannot go wrong with a Ragababe! Do you want absorbency in your swim diaper or no? If not I would suggest the Apple Cheeks swim diaper. It is just mesh, so it will only contain solid messed really, but LO never went in his and it was great and snaps on. You can also use a regular diaper cover you already have as a swim diaper.
