If it's an insert that needs to be folded, I put the extra bulk towards the front. I'm 14 wks pg now but we are not planning on finding out the baby's gender so don't know if we should or not if there really is a difference. Anyone have any experience with CD either a girl and boy or just a boy? I'd love to hear your opinions. </p>
