DS is pretty tall, so to get pants that are long enough for him, we usually size up anyway. With khakis and jeans, the cloth helps them stay on. I really prefer knit or fleece pants for that reason. Onesies didn't seem to be an issue either.<br /> We use BG 4.0 with the regular insert or Flips with a stay dry insert. She's about 11.5 lbs, and in some brands when she's in cloth diapers she fits better in 3-6 mos clothes. For example, in Old Navy she moved up to 3-6 mos a half pound early even though they still fit if she's in a disposable, but in Carters, she still fits in 0-3 mos when she's in cloth. It also depends on which cloth diaper she's wearing. Her perfect size fuzzibunz are trimmer than her BG one size, and both are trimmer than a pre-fold and cover. Hemp inserts also make the pocket diapers trimmer.
