@Chillybear: we have a sprayer but I was under the impression we didn't need to do anything until the poo changed consistency completely. Am I wrong? It's been working fine for a month or so.

@Chillybear: That's exactly what I do. At that age we were washing every other day and never had any problems with smell or leaking. Even now we wash every 3 days and still don't have a problem.

I use liners but I can't flush because our plumbing sucks. I fold them up and stick in the Diaper Genie.

We've been cloth diapering our daughter with BG freetimes for the last 3+ months and so far its been easy peasy as she's been breast fed so we just throw everything in the washer. However now we're starting to introduce solids mainly just once a day and we've started with a tablespoon or so of rice cereal, bananas, carrots, etc. So my question is how to i treat this transitional poop? It still has the consistency of EBF poop so i'm not sure swishing or spraying or using a spatula would really be effective. Can it still just go in the washing machine until we're doing solids more times a day?
