Cloth is out-voting disposable right now. Clearly hellobee does not represent the "average" American parents. We use cloth. We started DD on them during her 4th day of life. A week later, and we're loving cloth so far. We have to do tons of laundry anyways, so the diaper loads are easy. Right now we have issues at night, so I broke down and bought some episode, but the cloth diapers are just as easy and soooo cheap. Washing them isn't that bad at all, either.
