I opened them expecting Ikea grade rough sheets and they are actually super soft and 100% cotton. Maybe my oldest was just super clumsy? He fell allll the time and I just felt like if I didn't keep his knees covered he would destroy his legs. We live in a super hot summer climate so finding culottes or short gypsy pants was pretty tough. I have been buying them for her too, they are so great for summer and wash/dry perfectly.</p> <p>I try to get at least 4 pairs of black leggings before autumn, but this year I got the gap cozy leggings, which feel so nice and warm. I'll be stocking up on these in years to come.</p> <p>I'm not sure if these are available in the US, but Aldi here in Australia always brings out kids clothes for the new school year and seasonal wear. Every year I buy the raincoats that they sell, in current and next size up. They are about $16, but they are fleece lined, roomy, and hold up really well. Just about every kid at our kinder wears them when it rains as they still play outside in cool/wet weather.
