My 6 year old came off the bus talking about it which I knew would happen since it spread like wildfire yesterday in the playground in the 2nd grade class so it was bound to hit the other grades (my son is 1st). The kids are freaked out at recess because the playground backs up to woods and they keep saying they see them with knives and guns in the woods :( There have been reports of 3 in a neighboring town with weapons in hand. There was a picture posted that was taken at the edge of my neighborhood. I don't know, maybe I was seeing things, it was getting dark. But there was a person walking around in what looked like a Santa hat and just generally looking off somehow. Kind of odd so I kept looking at them out of the corner of my eye because possible crazy, you never know what to expect. And then I thought I saw something glinting in their hand. I was with both kids, so I totally freaked out at that point and just about grabbed them and ran home.</p> <p>I didn't know this was a thing though. It was intentially a prank to begin with. Now it's gone past a prank and just creepy as heck. I hated clowns to begin with but now that there has been one in the apartments and trailer park next to my place I am done. No clowns ever again.
