Yes! It's kind of crazy, but she will feed 3 times in less than 2 hours quite often at night (or early early morning). Exhausting for sure, but I just want to feed her on-demand. In daytime/afternoon, she will go hours without waking up to eat. I have to wake her up to feed when it goes for over 3-4 hours sometimes!

Not as frequent but R definitely snacks in the morning as opposed to taking a full feeding. She's usually hungry again about 2 hours after she woke up.

For breastfed babies it is 100% normal for them to cluster feed throughout the day. For us, until around 9.5 months P nursed every 1.5-2 hours all day, stretched to 3-5 hours at night. Now at almost 1 year she nurses 4-6 times a day.

My son is 8 weeks old and breastfeeding.

He eats every hour in the morning until he takes his long afternoon nap, and then he stretches out his feedings to 1.5-2 hrs in the afternoon.

Does/did anyone else's LO do this?
