Sounds like a growth spurt at 6 weeks as other people have said.

Around 6 weeks isn't unusual for a cluster feeding growth spurt.

@MegWag: Oh, it might be a growth spurt then! LO would eat a lot more than usual during her growth spurts. I can't remember what her sleep looked like though..
Hope his sleep/eating goes back to normal soon too!

@chopsuey119: He's normally really good and sleeps in 3-4 hours stretches... It's only a recent thing. I'm hoping it goes back to normal soon...

Does that mean it's a growth spurt?

My LO was the same way! So I started pumping, feeding her 4 ounces in the bottle, nursing a little bit afterwards and she would fall asleep for longer stretches--2-3 hours.
She would fall asleep at the boob, then wake up because she was still hungry.
It was SUPER exhausting.

Day before yesterday and today LO has been feeding nonstop. He's eating for 20 mins or so and then falling asleep for like 10... repeat for hours on end. He's just over 6 weeks old.
Is this normal?
Does it mean I'm not making enough milk?
When will it stop because I'm going crazy...
