Honestly I was either really bad at reading my CM or it didn't change. It got slightly wetter right before O, but it was all over the place throughout my cycle. I was convinced because I never had EWCM that I wouldn't conceive but luckily that wasn't the case!

Right before I got my BFP I did have brown-tinged goopy CM which was a red flag for me that something was up.

@marionberry: I've been charting for 4 days, and I am pretty obsessed, ha. It's fun plugging the info into FF and watching the trend. I can't wait until the week of O to see that temp shift!! Thanks for that rec ... you were totally right with charting!

@VEGMAMA: charting is certainly the way to go if you really want to know when you're ovulating! With that and the wondfos you should be all set!

@Thehistoryofus: I gave in this month & bought the Wondfo combo pack of OPK and HPT strips. I'm buying a basal thermometer this week too ... I want to be certain I'm ovulating, and with my long cycles, I'm trying to pinpoint when it's happening. Best of luck to you!

@marionberry: Same here. It's almost like I get two surges (that sounds way more intense than it is). Near O, and then again before AF. I am really interested to see what happens when I get a sticky BFP.

@ladyfingers: I thought the same thing too!
@vegmama: With my bfp I didn't necessarily notice an increase in CM but it was far more watery than normal.

I know this is an old thread, but I'd love to revive it!! :) Last month, I got a BFP, and about a week before, I noticed a lot more CM. I actually thought maybe I was ovulating way late in my cycle. Shortly after my BFP, we learned it was a CP. We're trying again this month, and once again, my CM is noticeably increased about 3 days before I plan on testing. Pair that with AF like cramps with no AF. Gahhhh ... the body is crazy! :)

@mrsjyw: Mine always varies after O, sometimes it's increased, sometimes it's not. When I got my first BFP, it was definitely increased. This month, there was a lot too, and I still got a BFN. Guess it just depends! Sorry that's not much help ;)

Last month I got creamy CM after O, just before AF showed up. It was cloudy, white, and tacky. I was convinced I was pregnant, and drove myself crazy googling to find out if it was a symptom. lol Fingers crossed for you!

Increased CM after O? Anyone?

This + sore bbs are the only "symptoms" I've noticed, but the CM is throwing me off... I know CM is a hard indicator as well as other "symptoms..." but just curious... I'm about 10/11 DPO.
