You can't always split the duties, even with 2. I'm mostly solo with the 2 since I am a SAHM and DH works long hours.</p> <p>If I had a 3rd, LO1 would be 5+ so she'll be even more independent by then. But seriously, I think by the time the third comes around the first one has a little more autonomy so they can be directed verbally and don't need as much hands on.
