I put her in the crib at the start of the night. It can take some time as I nurse her to sleep then transfer her, so it can take a few attempts. Usually though by about 1am she's in with me.

@ALV91711: Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. I'm a sucker for cuddling up next to my baby. She loves to sleep with her arms wrapped around me and I always tell my husband that I'm getting every single cuddle now to make up for when she's a teenager.

@T.H.O.U.: that is what I like to do but these last few days he wakes up screaming as soon as his head hits his bed. Put him in mine he stays asleep.

@yoursilverlining: I like the idea of a floorbed.

@bunnylove08: I'm usually in bed not long after so I guess if I have to sit with him it isn't a big deal.

@mrsjazz: That is cute. Do you move her back to her spot when you go to bed?

@spinningry: That is good that he transfers easy. DS wakes up too easy to transfer now.

I hope he will go back to sleeping in his own bed soon. I don't mind the last couple hours of the morning, but I'm not quite a fan of all night. But I will do whatever it takes for us to get some sleep.

He sleeps in the swing until we are ready to go to bed. He stays asleep really well during the transfer from swing to bed.

Our LO sleeps in her crib that is side-carred to our bed. She goes down about 8/8:30 and I usually lie with her until she falls asleep and then leave the room. We check up on her and usually by the time I come to bed she has moved out of the crib and is lying on my side of the bed! Smart girl.

our DD goes to bed around 7:30ish and we put her on the bed and one of us sit with her. Not ideal but we're usually in bed around 8:30-9

LO has a floorbed next to our bed, and she starts the night usually in that bed. Sometimes she won't sleep there, so I'll put her to bed in our bed and pile pillows around her so she can't crawl off the bed if she wakes up, and just keep an eye on her on the video monitor.

We always put her in her pnp/crib. I think it helped for her to at least learn to go to sleep there and then if she woke she came back to bed with us.

Normaly DS sleeps in his pnp in the same room. In the early morning he has moved into bed with me for a couple hours sleep. The last couple nights he has just screamed if I try and put him in his pnp so he has spent the whole night in my bed.

I'm just wondering for those of you who co- sleep and LO goes to bd earlier, where do you put them down?
