What is his temp with cold sweats? My pedi has told us to call when there's a fever or a much lower temp than usual. Poor little guy, sounds like those teeth are bugging him!

My baby has only had a fever once that I can recall and he is 18 months old. He seems to get cold sweats more often. He has been teething badly and woke up tonight with cold sweats again. I gave him Tylenol which I often do when he becomes inconsolable but I am wondering is this a common thing? Do some babies just rarely come down with fevers? Should I be worried at all? He has two inscisors and two molars coming in. He also seems to almost always get a runny nose when he cries hard nowadays. Not sure if the two are related.
