Sooo we use white.</p> <p>I think when Emma's older though we'll get colored lights and I'll let her have fun with the tree. I gave him a thesis on why white was better. He came back with the childhood nostalgia defense. Well today we put white lights on and LO barely acknowledged them but when the colored went up (over the white, yikes) she immediately was drawn to the tree, started naming the colors and counting them. So the colored stays for LOs enjoyment.
