P has the Safety First Alpha Omega Elite. We bought it because it will be the only seat that she should theoretically need until she is in just a booster (and even then, it might do that, too). I am pretty sure we got it on sale for less that $150 through either Amazon or Albee Baby.

I'd get the Britax Frontier, but another good option is the Graco Nautilus. We have one of each.

Its more than 150 but the Frontier 90 has an awesome seat belt latch!

"You simply lift up the cover to open up the ClickTight panel (photo, left), route the seatbelt through the appropriate green routing path, buckle it, then close the ClickTight cover and presto! "

We need a second seat for LO1 to go in DH's car. It's older and doesn't have latch. We're looking for something easy to install (will also be our seat to move to friends' cars), and doesn't break the bank (less than $150 would be great) as she'll be in it only a few times a month. Any suggestions for seats with an easy seatbelt install?
