@SweetCaroline: ginger tea, with fresh ginger. With honey and lemon. Except it gives me heartburn, but that combo works on sinuses and throat.

I eat a spoonful of prepared horseradish to temporarily relieve sinus pressure.

Clementines (or other fresh citrus) are nice when I am stuffed up and nothing else sounds appealing.

What do you love to eat/drink when you've got a cold or sinus stuff going on? I had raging sinus pressure set in tonight with a scratchy throat and I'm making a grocery run tomorrow.

I love good old Ramen noodles, chicken flavor cooked well and sprinkled with cayenne pepper. I also Love tea with honey and saltines. Second to Ramen is Kluski and Mrs. Grass chicken noodle soup with cayenne. I need to be better about keeping this stuff on hand!

I also had some Luigi's lemon ice tonight that felt good on the throat!
