I love them. I usually get cramps in the arches of my feet after wearing cheap flats all day, didn't happen with these. They are super comfortable and feel really supportive, too. I bought two pairs of dexflex flats from payless (around $20 each) and have been wearing the hell out of them in the last few months. They have a build in insole and are super comfortable. And, they are cheap enough that I can wear them until they die and then just get a new pair or two.
