That's why tights have a cotton gusset. Could there be a tag inside or perhaps the seams are itchy? Try a local dance store to feel the different fabrics, or go online and find a cotton leotard. The leotards you get that are for 'dress up' are not meant for actual dance class, and the quality of ones at a Walmart/target can be crappy. </p> <p>As for tights, they do sell softer tights, but again - what is itchy/uncomfortable? Make sure the tights are pulled all the way up to her crotch. Think about when you are wearing nylons, and the crotch is falling down - very uncomfortable! They're uncomfortable, itchy, doesn't like wearing them with underwear, etc. Any recs for leotards and tights that are softer and perhaps more comfortable? She's usually okay wearing just a leotard sans tights, but with the colder weather coming up, I'd love to find a leotard/tights combo she'd actually wear! TIA! </p>
