I need the support and even got fitted for custom orthotics. They don't work in sandals though. Usually I'm fine with a little bit of a heel. That being said, I've started wearing shoes by Vionic. I have 2 pairs of their flip flops. One I wear as house shoes in the summer as I can't walk around bare foot anymore and the other I wear outside.
