It was 10 below! I just put him in a fleece sleeper and piled on the blankets. Plus the valets let my husband leave the car running out front for like 20 min till he came and got us. A fleece outfit and a fleece coverup is probably too bulky for the car seat and too hot once the car is warm...</p> <p>ETA: and a hat, of course. Oh, and it sounds nuts but you might want to pack shorts or layers for you and your husband - the hospital room was super warm on occasion, even in the dead of winter.
