They assigned me a specific agent and anytime I called in they would say he wasnt available and no one else could help me except him. They are the cable monopoly in our area so they have zero incentive to upgrade their lines (service related), or to lower their rates to be more competitive. </p> <p>The companies I hate with the passion of a thousand burning suns though are payday loan/car title loan lenders because I think they are evil, evil, evil. It would be my dream job to work taking them down! APR of 300%+ interest should *never* be legally allowed.
