&#60;p&#62;Amazon has a great return policy if it defective or misrepresented online. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also, I buy most of my purchases on my AMEX because they have a great purchase protection.

&#60;p&#62;I had great experiences with Medela - the motor on the pump started sounding really weird. I called and they sent me a new one immediately. And today I called Primary.com because the zipper broke off a hoodie we bought last week. They are sending a replacement and don't' want the defective one back. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I appreciate companies that believe in their products enough to have a no questions asked replacement policy.
