They sent me a box to mail it back to them. I called and they sent me a new one immediately. And today I called Primary.com because the zipper broke off a hoodie we bought last week. They are sending a replacement and don't' want the defective one back. </p> <p>I appreciate companies that believe in their products enough to have a no questions asked replacement policy. </p>
