Oh yeah, you're not crazy! It's fun to compare! I took home many of the ultrasound sheets from my various IVF cycle scans to show my husband, since he couldn't attend. But I couldn't obsess over them too much because the different techs have different ways of doing things (I think at my clinic they're only supposed to measure the largest four-ish follicles per ovary during the early monitoring appts, but my favorite tech takes a bit of extra time and chats with me and measures all of them).

@spaniellove: Thanks! I am glad to know I am not alone with my spreadsheet making and analyzing! It is good to know that you had patterns emerge, and you were able to use your data to figure out the issue.

I kept spreadsheets and yes, totally analyzed. Your treatment will probably change a bit each time but it's helpful if you see any interesting patterns. Like I noticed eventually that I had a runaway follicle that killed the rest of my cycle, and that led to me asking about using estradiol for suppression at the end of the previous cycle, and that's how I finally found success.

Just out of curiosity, if you've gone through multiple stim cycles, did you ever compare things like your follicle growth rate, how quickly your lining thickened, E2 levels, etc to past cycles? If so, did your body follow a similar pattern each time (assuming you were on the same dosage each cycle)?

ETA: I know that doing this is probably going down the rabbit hole to over analyzing, crazy-making land....but I am really curious!
