It was the makers of the laptops. I took very care of my laptops, but they seemed to just die or stop working. My first laptop just stopped working. I never used to be an Apple "snob", but DH introduced me to them after I went through two Window laptops in the matter of 2 years. I've had my 2009 MacBook since winter 2010 and I have no complaints whatsoever! Wow, can't believe it'll be 3 years that I've had this and still runs as new! Haha.
