We took a long weekend trip to Napa specifically during the right time of the month. We thought it would be fun and relaxing. We planned it without any consideration that we could get pregnant on it, we actually were waiting on infertility assessment appointments at the time. I've been TTC for 5 months now and I see how difficult it is to conceive. We went away to Paris for 5 days and even skipped IUI #2...came back with a "baguette" in the oven! We went to Ireland...although we had been trying already. I hadn't heard of this but it makes me laugh. The first month we were trying, we were in San Francisco on vacation during my fertile period. Awesome marketing tool no doubt DH says. But, I love the idea of taking one last special trip even if it's just a weekend getaway (which is probably all we will be able to afford to do at the time), and conceiving a LO!</p> <p>Has anyone gone on a conceptionmoon before? Where did you go? If not, will you go on one, or if you could go on one where would you want to go?</p> <p>We want to conceive right around our 1yr anniversary, so we are going on a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary (whatever the fertile week is of next March obvi) to Atlantic City or Ocean's city as we're moving up north and those are two places we've never been!<br /> *And I know a conceptionmoon in no way guarantees you will get pregnant that month &amp; it will probably take some time. I just think it's a romantic fun last hoorah to do with dear hubby! </p>
