I am a major planner and very project-oriented, so when I first started learning about charting, I thought it would be fun to start doing that (as a project), even though we did not want to have a baby. </p> <p>After I went off my birth control to do so, we were drunk at a wedding and impulsively decided to try to make a baby! But then there's no time for that! So now I'm trying to read all sorts of books and things trying to figure things out. I've always had a project to keep me busy. Whether it's a work project, buying a house, planning a wedding, redecorating, planning a trip... I love being busy and having something to research and plan.</p> <p>And I realized that now that a lot of those other things have already been planned-out, I am excited to have a child so I have things to research/plan for. I am already researching TTC, and once that's successful, I get to research the pregnancy and then labor/delivery.... you get the idea.</p> <p>Does anyone else feel the same way? It's obviously not the ONLY reason I want a child, but I can't help being a little bit excited about having a new "project" so to speak... </p>
