They said to put the baby somewhere safe and go take a break because a baby never died from crying. I was so tired and frustrated that I swaddled her up and put her in her pack'n'play, closed the door, went into another room, closed THAT door, and laid on the floor crying for 15 minutes. I was so exhausted I put him against my knees and fell asleep for like 30 min while he screamed. Three hours of wailing each night really gets to you. That's also when I knew I NEEDED to sleep train.
