I worry about this!

I am newly pregnant but my DH has to go to California (we live in Maryland) for a week a month every month. I can only imagine how overwhelming it is going to be being a new mom with him gone so much. I guess I am going to have to learn quick!

DH was gone for the last four days and gets back tonight (after the LOs have gone to bed) and I have to say I'm impressed with myself!! These four days just showed me how strong I really am! I was so worried that something would go wrong or something that I couldn't handle would occur, but it was great. I can't believe that it took this for me to gain my confidence as a mother, my oldest is two and a half!

What happened to you to make you feel confident in your role as a mother?
