<description>&#60;p&#62;we're also using a humidifier..LO is in our room, so I keep an eye on her all night. which means I don't sleep haha. but last night I hadn't cleaned the humidifier so I let her sleep in the RNP, I felt so bad.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I've heard that when they're really bad, to put baby vicks on their diaper or feet (too strong any higher) but double check with your ped on that one. Standing next to the hot shower in a pinch works too (if he wakes up upset, like O does!).

<description>&#60;p&#62;Very dry and cold here, we have humidifier in room and heater on floor (small one) to makes sure he stays warm. Nebulizer helps keep nose clear but its hard!

<description>&#60;p&#62;For the past week I've been trying to figure out lo's inability to go past the 4 hour mark at nighttime when he had been doing six hr streches+&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62; His nose congestion!! &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We live in MI where our winters are cold and dry.. and our house has forced air heat... i nose frieda every am... and we've turned on the hmdifier in our room the last cpl days... I've got him sleeping elevated right now and seeing if he sleeps better and longer w that...since he naps well in the swing and bouncer...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;For those in similar climates any tips??
