@MungBean: I am on medication for life, so I'm fine. I mean, I'm exhausted as is normal for a mom of two. But not like I was then. It was a different feeling.

@sloaneandpuffy: I thought it could possibly be a thyroid condition, too, but I got everything checked and it's all fine. Are you feeling better now?

@MamaMoose: It totally does feel like first tri exhaustion (I remember there were days when I just couldn't move off the couch!), but there's no way right now I could be pregnant :)

Any chance you are pregnant? My first trimester of pregnancy was the most exhausted I've ever felt.

About 5 months pp with my first I started to feel this way -- like, things were getting worse instead of better. Turns out I had a thyroid condition. Just a thought!

Anyone else here battle constant exhaustion/fatigue?

I usually go to bed at a reasonable hour and try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Although LO is STTN, my sleep is always interrupted - lately I've just been waking up at 2AM and tossing and turning until I can fall back asleep. I am just so, so tired all day long. I drink coffee like it's water some mornings, but it still doesn't help. The weather is finally warming up here so I'm trying to get some exercise in during the day, but it's pretty sporadic.

This constant exhaustion is really getting to me. Most days I feel too tired to cook or clean and I feel so guilty about it b/c I'm a SAHM so I feel like it's my job to keep everything in order.

Anyone else feel like this? Any tips for overcoming this sheer exhaustion? :( I'm at my wit's end.
