<description>&#60;p&#62;Our policy is she is given 2 weeks paid (sick leave, family emergencies, her needing vacation) this includes holidays.  If for some reason she would go over the 10 days paid - then it is no charge to us.

<description>&#60;p&#62;We are resigning a home daycare contract and there are some things I am unsure of.  (...and I can't find my old contract so I don't know if things have changed).&#60;br /&#62;
~ Do you typically pay if a holiday falls on a normal day, even if daycare is closed (Christmas, etc).&#60;br /&#62;
~ If they close because of illness, do you still have to pay? Her policy is that if it's only 1 day, we still pay.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Help me figure out if this is normal!
