<description>&#60;p&#62;@BabyBoecksMom:  yah she just said its normal.  Make sure your hydrated.  They would calm down a bit if I laid down, but not always.  I was convinced he was coming early, but thankfully he didn't and the contractions meant nothing!

<description>&#60;p&#62;With each of my pregnancies I got more and earlier contractions. (Like no contractions with the first/ BH with the second at like 30 weeks with the second/bh and period cramps at like 27 weeks with the third) Exactly what you are describing.  My doc didn't seem concerned when I talked to her about it.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm wondering how common they are, especially for the 2nd pregnancy. I'm 30 weeks and I've been having light, period-like contractions off and on for the past week. They aren't Braxton-Hicks and they don't have any consistentcy to them, but they are more frequent. Sometimes they are more painful than others, but it happens more when I'm relaxed.
