<description>&#60;p&#62;I stopped eating anything sweet (fruit) after lunch. High protein dinners and I tried to walk after dinner. I was able to control without meds for my second pregnancy but I needed glyburide and Metformin for my 3rd.

I've started insulin, but I'm still having a hard time meeting my 95 or less goal. Any tips to try out that helped you with fasting numbers?
