We made a lot of cookies and roasted veggies in it; it will cook up some roasted butternut squash in a heartbeat! I had a lot of success in cooking salmon in it too. It's good for baking casseroles because it cooks more evenly. Do you have a regular oven too? We do, and that with the convection came in handy in Thanksgiving! It basically circulates the heat and cooks a lot faster too!
