The reason the seat was worth the investment to me in the first place was so she could extended RF. It's slightly smaller and lighter than the Foonf, but has the same limits. I like how high he sits and he seems quite comfortable. Convertible car seats last like 7-8 years, so you should be good to go for awhile for DS2. He's almost 40 lbs at just over 3 yo. I'd like something similar but maybe not as bulky. Also would like to keep DS2 rearfacing until at least 2 and sizewise he's following his big bro's footsteps...</p> <p>Any recommendations? I'm currently looking at Clek Foonf, Diono Radian RXT, etc.</p> <p>ETA: I currently drive an expedition and will likely get an SUV of similar size in the coming months. </p>
