We have the Graco mysize because it has high rear facing limits and E is a tall little guy. The price was right too, we needed two of them so I appreciated the $150 apiece price tag.

We have a maxi cosi pria 70 for DD and a graco mysize 65 for DS. I like them both equally. We will probably switch the children to each others seat so DD can rf longer (she will be 3 in June and getting close to the pria's 40in limit).

For future children we will go with a graco mysize most likely as the price is great; fabulous with a coupon and the rf limit is high.

I should add that we have a minivan so space isn't an issue.

Another Foonf lover. I love how high it sits up (she can see out the whole window RF ), she's in the upper percentiles and easily fits RF still....it takes up very little room width wise, and she looks really comfy in it.

At first I hated to spend the money, but when I realized I would be using it multiple times a day, every day for the next 4 years...it didn't seem to hurt the wallet so badly.

We have a nextfit and I like it a lot. I bought it because it took up the least space front to back in our smallish car, and had high rear facing limits. Installation with latch is amazingly easy, but it's not too bad with a seatbelt either, after you do it a couple of times. I used to hate tightening it but I feel like it loosened up and now I have no problem at all. It is a little high/deep though, so it's hard with a low ceiling car to get baby up and over the side. In our SUV and the passenger side seat it's plenty easy.

I wanted to love the diono but it took up too much space front to back (though I think they have an angle adjuster that helps that) and was too high to see over in our car. I don't think it would be an issue in the SUV though.

And britax had not come out with the click right thing yet when we bought it, but those sound pretty cool too.

peg perego convertible. Honestly? I liked how it looked, and it has high RF weight/height limits. All carseats are equally safe, it just depends on your budget, your child's build/if you want to extend RF (like potentially til 4), and what seat will fit well in your car. I highly recommend the FB group car seats for the littles, they can recommend a great seat based on budget and all that other stuff.

We have a Britax Advocate ClickTight because we have it in the center position and there's no center LATCH in our car so we have to do a seatbelt installation. I would buy this seat again in a millisecond. The installation is SO easy and there's no uncertainty about whether it's in right. It also fits well in our smaller car (Honda Civic).

I have the Britax Boulevard ClickTight, I love it. The installation is super simple and it has extra side impact protection. Bonus that DS seems comfy in it.

DS has an older style Britax marathon 70, which we originally got for the safety rating. We also have an evenflo (I think) for him my parents or DH use and I HATE it.

DD has the new Britax Marathon Clicktight, which I love. They did make the RF height limit higher than the original Britax, but she is very petite that I wasn't necessarily worried about having a huge RF height limit for her. She still uses the infant seat in my parents or DH's car.

@Smurfette: E's trying to do that but my SUV is too high. She CAN buckle herself, though! just not the crotch buckle.

I also like how high the Foonfs sit--your LO can see out the window and I feel like it's bought us a ton of time for staying rear facing for awhile longer. She's very content back there (but was miserable in her infant seat). I totally hurled over the money initially, though.

We did a Clek Foonf and will go Foonf for DD2 as well. Because it's amazing, I truly believe it's the best on the market, and I decided that saving $100 and going with something else would make me question my choice if ever we were in an accident and my kids were hurt. I feel good about the fact that if we get into an accident, God forbid, the Foonf is made of steel and is the best chance for overall safety that I can possibly provide!

So, um, I really love the Foonf.

@blackbird: I think the Foonf is worth the extra money hands down over the Nextfit. She is 2 and can climb in herself in my car. Totally worth it for that. I just have to buckle her in.

We have Foonfs and love them. It's stupid how much I like our damn car seat. Embarrassing, really.

We have a Nextfit in DH's car. It is really hard to tighten RF. Not as hard FF. I have a Foonf in my car. Love it!

We bought both cause we got them on sale and they have higher RF limits. Although we ended up switching her at 2 to FF.

LO is big for her age at at 7 mo and 20 lb is getting way too heavy to heave around in her bucket seat so we're thinking of biting the bullet and getting a convertible now. I was looking at the NextFit since we have the KeyFit and like it. I can't find a compelling reason to choose one seat over the other though.

What seat do you have and why did you choose it?
