We have radian 120s and our kids love them so far. They seem way more comfortable, and the superlatch makes switching cars easy. My logic was that the radian isnt really more spendy than a britax and will last so much longer.

@allison: we have the Diono in our Lexus 330 and it fits fine without an adjuster.

I think we're going to go with the Radian, too. I am concerned that it won't fit well in our Jeep Liberty without the angle adjuster, though! And the BRU here doesn't keep them in stock.

We have one and it's great! It's tall but narrow. We have LO seated in the middle and it doesn't obstruct my view out of my rear view mirror at all. We had a minor issue with the seat sliding around a bit and the baby store cutout a piece of non slip rug pad for us--voila, the seat stays in place.

@hilsy85: I hadn't remembered reading that but it is in the product description on Amazon. I guess it makes sense since the seat is more upright with it.

Yeah, by big I mean tall - it's actually one of the smaller seats width-wise. Haven't had any issues with blind spots.

@Mrs. Yoyo: I read somewhere that the angle adjuster is only for kids older than 1 yr...is that true?? And when you say big, do you mean tall? Has it created any blind spots for you?

Agree with Mrs. YoYo about the angle adjuster ($10 on amazon), i use it to rear face the Radian in my Nissan Altima, otherwise I would have to move my seat up.

Yes, Sunshine Kids became Diono. I wouldn't buy the seat if it actually was labeled SK, since that would mean it is already a couple years old.

I bought the Radian to keep my tall LO RF longer. He's almost 2 and we had a Marathon that he'd outgrown RF. The Radian is much roomier and comfy for him. I will say the harness is not as easy to operate, though -- that was a great thing about the Britax. Also know the Radian is BIG and you may need the angle adjuster thing that they sell (separately, of course) to give it enough room without the person in front having their knees against the dashboard.

Sunshine Kids rebranded itself and is now Diono. I have the Radian and it is very tall but has a low side profile, so it is easier to place my toddler in the Radian than in our Britax. I love the Radian, especially for plane travel.

Anyone have one of these ? They seem like a good option for taller kids. I know the Dionois recommended too but saw this one online when researching. LO is only 4 mo but is so long and weighs 16 lbs. I want a convertible that can keep him rear facing as long as possible!
