<description>&#60;p&#62;You could definitely prep them and &#34;stuff&#34; them tonight, then leave them on the baking tray loosely covered (so the don't dry out) in the fridge overnight....then let them come up to temperature a little in the AM and bake them before you do.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Whatever you do, do NOT seal them in a container still hot from the oven - that will trap the heat, create condensation, and make them really soggy!

I believe that if you could premake the filling the day before and keep it chilled AND then make the recipe before needed, it would turn out EXCELLENT.   You could easily &#34;warm&#34; them at 150° for a few minutes when you got to your location if they cooled too much to your liking, they would still be crisp. 👌
