I use it for a huge portion of my cooking.<br /> The pot I use the most is an enamel coated cast iron Dutch oven. I use it for soup, spaghetti, baking bread... Pretty much anything that I can't cook in my frying pan. I don't remember the brand.<br /> I also have an enamel on steel stock pot from lecruset and it's really nice. Calphalon brand I think? My husband bought nonstick for his skillet he used because of the items he cooks in it (eggs. Bacon. Etc). Precise heat transfer and retention isn’t really important just for boiling water or simmering soups. For investment in stainless steel, classic all clad is my go to.
