Our Ped told us to clean it with alcohol once a day and to keep her in loose clothes. I also put a little breast milk in it when it was oozing a little. My Mom and Grandma were here, they said to clean it with rubbing alcohol or peroxide. Just out a little on q tip to hold off infection. The doctor didn't tell us to do anything when it fell off. </p> <p>Did you do anything? We are going to wait till tomorrow night and do her first bath. She will be a week old tomorrow. </p>
