No bags. Maybe the other person bought a bundle? Walmart does a lot of baby product bundles (adding on a car seat mirror, window shade, case, etc.). I read in a couple of places that it did, but I ordered one from Walmart.com and it just arrived loose in the box. They are out of stock at my local store so I can't compare, but if it's supposed to have a zipper case around it then I want the case! </p>
