I think the chocolate mousse filling is to die for!</p> <p>Other easy apps Costco has:</p> <p>Pinwheel sandwich tray--a tray of wraps that have been sliced so they are flattish and circular, have turkey meat, cheese, tomatoes, etc. inside.</p> <p>Hot wings (you just have to throw them in the oven!). So far we're having BBQ brisket sandwiches, tortilla chips with various dips, fruit tray, veggie tray, and I'm planning on getting 2 more apps from Costco to have. Anyone know of a good appetizer they have that I can heat/thaw/whatever and be OK left out for a few hours at room temp? </p> <p>Secondly, it's also my birthday (what what!) and I can't NOT have cake, so I was thinking of a Costco one. If I get it this afternoon, will it still be OK tomorrow afternoon? I'm planning on also having chocolate tarts and various cookies. I was going to get a vanilla one. </p> <p>Thoughts? </p>
